I am a Specialist Wellness Counsellor, with an MSocSci in Research Psychology[UKZN] with a specific clinical skillset - primarily in the field of addiction where I gained much exposure to the many of issues that clients do commonly present with concurrent with addiction. I am warm, welcoming, and professional. I am highly attentive and observant- together we unravel the issues (or goals) you bring to our safe space, where you may come to a sense of clarity, or resolution. I use evidence backed methodologies in my counselling, and each session is strictly confidential. Painful events, hidden worries and quiet struggles lose their power over people brought to light in a safe, contained, and comfortable space.
