Questions about joining, your profile, verification, payouts, or billing — or stuck during sign-up? Email practitionerssupport@healist.co.za and mention your practice name. If you haven't applied yet, you can read how it works on the practitioner page.
Clients
Need help with a booking, a payment, or finding the right practitioner? Email us and include the practitioner's name and your session date so we can find it quickly.
Privacy requests
To access, correct, or delete your personal information, email us with the subject “POPIA request”. See our Privacy & POPIA notice for details of your rights.
