About
You look successful on the outside, yet find yourself repeating the same pattern in private. Alcohol, drugs, pornography, gambling, or behaviours you keep promising yourself you'll change. You've stopped before, sometimes many times. The problem is rarely willpower alone. I help adults struggling with addiction, trauma, and repeated relapse understand what drives the cycle and build recovery that lasts. Drawing on professional training and over 20 years of personal recovery experience, I combine counselling, recovery coaching, relapse prevention, and trauma-informed approaches to support lasting change. The work begins long before relapse. Together we identify the patterns, triggers, and emotional drivers that keep the cycle alive. Using addiction counselling, recovery coaching, relapse prevention, and trauma-informed approaches, we build practical strategies that support lasting change. Many of the people I work with arrive feeling frustrated, exhausted, or discouraged by previous attempts to change. Recovery is rarely a straight line. You do not need to have all the answers before reaching out. The first conversation is simply an opportunity to understand where you are and what comes next.
