Dr Mel van Rooy

I am a coach and mentor with over 25 years of corporate leadership experience, most recently as Chief Marketing Officer of Clicks Group. My passion is twofold. I help senior women leaders as well as emerging leaders navigate pivots in their careers and lives. These may include stepping into leadership, changing direction or redefining what success means—as well as the personal transitions that shape their confidence, priorities and professional choices. My approach blends coaching with practical mentoring. My style is warm, direct and grounded in real experience, offering space for honest reflection, constructive challenge and purposeful action. I believe the turning point is what happens to you; the pivot is what you choose.
