My journey as a healer was forged and cemented through having to overcome personal challenges, profound loss and traumatic experiences of my own. Navigating a life shaped by adversity and complex trauma ultimately led me to become the safe space for others that I spent years searching for, a space rooted in compassion, understanding and, above all, without judgement. I believe that healing begins when we feel truly seen, heard and held in a space where we can be our authentic selves. My approach is grounded in deep compassion for the complexities of the human experience and an understanding that every person’s journey is uniquely their own.
